Italian side AS Roma have confirmed that striker Edin Dzeko would be out of action of about a month with a twisted Knee.
The striker, who is on loan from English side Manchester City, picked up the injury during Saturday’s 5-1 over newly promoted Capri.
Roma would take on BATE in the Champions League and would have to travel with the Bosnian striker who would also miss the team’s trip to Palermo.
Bosnia would also miss Dzeko when they face Wales and Cyprus in the Euro 2016 qualifiers.
Roma also announced that captain Francesco Totti, who turned 39 on Sunday, and midfielder Seydou Keita will undergo further tests in the next 10 days after they both sustained thigh strains in Saturday’s match.
