West Ham United had a victorious match well played at Upton Park stadium as They defeated Manchester United 3-2 in what was a cracking game of football. Having taken they lead, West Ham allowed United to get back into the match before scoring 2 goals in 5 minutes late in second half to secure three points and end united’s chances of finishing in top 4.
Manchester United took on West Ham United in the premier league game which was the most important in United’s season as Champions League place was on the line but they got off to a terrible start even before the kickoff when the game was delayed by 45 minutes due to United bus getting attacked.
After the kickoff United found themselves 1-0 down inside first 10 minutes as West Ham dominated the first half but failed to take their chances. Van Gaal side got themselves back in the game after halftime when a Juan Mata squared a nice ball for Martial who poked home from close range to make it 1-1.
The Match was delayed for 45 minutes after United’s bus was attacked on its way to Upton Park leading up to the last ever premier league game at this stadium.
But once game started United found themselves on the back foot from the minute go as West ham pilled the pressure at United back four from the word go.
They found themselves in the lead when Sakho nice finish inside the box put them 1-0 up and United were starring at a defeat already after 10 minutes.
But this has been the case for United this season and whenever they had their backs to the wall they found a way to get back into the game when Juan Mata’s nice run inside the box and a drag back put ball on the plate for Martial who poked home from close range to make it 1-1.
