Manchester City go through to the quarter finals after seeing off Dynamo Kiev in the round of 16 tie with an Aggregate of 3-1. Having won the first leg 3-1 in Ukraine, Manchester City played out a 0-0 draw at home.
If I am honest this was one of the worst matches I have ever seen. There is no need for any highlights. Nevermind, I am posting highlights anyway.
Manchester City 0-0 Dynamo Kiev -Match Highlights
Manchester City took on Dynamo Kiev in Ukrain in the round of 16 first leg and it turned out to be a great game for the Manchester club. Sergio Aguero scored in 15th minute to give City 1-0 lead and David Silva added second just before the break to make it 2-0 and a impressive 2 away goal advantage. Dynamo Kiev however pulled one back in second half making it 3-1 and Manchester City won the first leg.
But the second turned out bad again for Dynamo Kiev as it was a 0-0 draw goal-less game for Manchester City and Dynamo Kiev but Manchester City because they won the first leg they then scaled through and this would be the first time Manchester City reaches quarter final.
The whistle blows, mercifully, ending this one. Not every Champions League game is a classic, not even in the knockout stage, but it hardly matters for Manchester City. They’re through to the quarter-finals for the first time.
Congratulations to Man City, and good luck as well. They’ll need it if Vincent Kompany’s injury is that serious.
